On May 7, automaker Geely and Israeli automotive technology startup Foretellix announced a strategic partnership to enable the large-scale deployment of autonomous vehicles, while reducing Geely’s research and development costs and improving development efficiency. Foretellix is a supplier of V&V solutions for autonomous vehicle.
Through this collaboration, Foretellix and Geely are integrating Foretify™ platform with Geely’s development, V&V processes, and advanced simulators. The Foretify platform will provide efficient and synthetic data for AI training, scenarios-based automated virtual testing, large-scale fault classification, KPI evaluation, and ODD coverage measurement. The platform will be used to automatically analyze the driving logs of Geely’s test vehicles and replay numerous changes in virtual simulations to maximize the utilization of physical driving.
