Last year, Lamborghini delivered a total of 10,112 sports cars and SUVs, up from more than 9,200 in 2022, according to Winkelmann’s LinkedIn post. Among them, the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region saw the biggest increase in Lamborghini deliveries last year, up 14 % year-on-year to nearly 4,000 units, while sales in the Americas were up 9 % to 3,465 units, and Asia-Pacific sales were up 4 % to 2,660 units.

In terms of individual markets, the United States was Lamborghini’s largest market last year, with sales of 3,000 units; Germany’s sales were 961 units; China’s sales were 845 units; the United Kingdom’s 801 units; Japan’s 660 units; the Middle East’s 496 units; and South Korea’s 434 units, exceeding the performance of 403 vehicles in 2022.

Winkelmann said, “I am very proud to announce that we have reached another historic milestone.” With the success of its SUV Urus, Lamborghini has expanded production in recent years on the back of strong demand from affluent car enthusiasts. The Urus currently sells for more than 230,000 euros ($250,000).

In August last year, Lamborghini officially released its first pure electric car, Lanzador EV, and plans to put the new car into production in 2028. By then, the Lanzador EV will become the fourth model in Lamborghini’s product line, following the Revuelto, Hurcan and Urus.

In addition, Lamborghini plans to electrify its entire lineup by the end of 2024, including plug-in hybrid versions of the Huracan and Urus, which will be launched next year.
